35-year-old Alex Painter was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday night after police say he was on Broadway getting into multiple verbal and physical altercations with other citizens on the street and at nearby bars. Police were unable to locate anyone to care for him, and he was unable to care for himself. Painter was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
