DUI: Woman had ‘2 Long Island Teas’ before blowing 0.177 BAC — Patricia Herbert arrested

53-year-old Patricia Herbert told police she had two Long Island Iced Teas before driving in the early hours of Sunday when she crashed near Union Bridge Rd & Sneed Rd. Officers say she was instead on her feet and had slurred speech, and she would eventually blow a 0.177% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Patricia Herber was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and charged with driving under the influence. She was freed on pre-trial release to her 184 Harpeth View Trail address in Kingston Springs, TN.
