Police found 36-year-old Arizona tourist Timothy Sizmur standing in the street at 3rd & Broadway Saturday night, barely able to stand, heavily intoxicated, and holding an empty drink. Officers attempted to find his friends to take care of him, without success, and he was unable to call anyone. Unable to be left alone, Sizmur was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Timothy Douglas Sizmur was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 26th, charged with public intoxication. A commissioner set his bond at $500.
