Officers working the downtown entertainment district initiative say 21-year-old Lucas Beard, from San Francisco, was kicked out of the Nashville Underground on Broadway after being asked to leave on his own multiple times. Beard then scaled a neighboring building and jumped back onto the property in order to re-gain entry. Police say he was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.

Lucas Oliver Beard was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 2nd, charged with criminal trespass. A commissioner set his bond at $100 and he was given pre-trial release to his 519 10th Ave address in San Franciso, Ca.
