Trevor Fallen goes to jail after ignoring MNPD officers, crossing street in downtown Nashville

A traffic officer working the downtown Nashville Entertainment District told 26-year-old Trevor Fallen to not walk into the roadway Friday evening at the intersection of 5th & Broadway, yet he continued to do so. Metro Nashville Police Officer Randall also advised Fallon it was unsafe to currently cross the roadway and was also ignored. Once contact was made with Fallon, police say it was obvious he was too intoxicated to care for himself, and he was transported to booking for public intoxication. Jennifer Cotto burglarized a dead man’s home, used his bank cards on a shopping spree

Robert Taylor, Jr., was found dead at his Rosebank Ave home in East Nashville on May 27th. His friend & employer noticed that days after his death, someone was using his bank cards. Detectives reviewed security footage from the home and found that 29-year-old Jennifer Cotto used a pry bar to enter the deceased man’s home, and she was also seen on footage from a local Walgreens using one of his cards. During an interview, she admitted to breaking into the home and stealing his cards to make purchases with.

Tension at Tee Line leaves manager Bradley Brunson in cuffs

Metro Nashville Police responded to Tee Line in West Nashville Saturday and met with Nicole Richey, who stated that she was assaulted by her ex-fiance, Bradley Brunson. Both parties’ social media indicate they are managers are the location. During the argument, which was reportedly over their past relationship, Brunson pushed Nicole with open hands and she says she then pushed him back in self-defense, and to prevent any further assault. The Director of Curling, Mark Steinwachs, says he witnessed the incident and stepped between them to keep them away from each other. 31-year-old Bradley Brunson was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

DUI: Tumani Sissoko crashed after leaving Lavo Lounge, wasn’t found for 4 hours

Metro Nashville Police say 29-year-old Tumani Sissoko left the Lavo Lounge just before 3 a.m. Saturday, drove his vehicle off the side of I-24 less than a mile away, and crashed in the area behind Metroplex Drive — where he lay injured until 7:40 a.m. when first responders were alerted to the overnight accident. Police say in those hours after the crash he climbed into the passenger seat, due to the driver’s area being so badly damaged. He stated he wasn’t driving, but the injuries matched the driver’s seat, and that’s where his blood was located. He was charged with DUI.

Vincent Davis to police: “A ghost assaulted me”

Metro Police arrived at the Oakwood Flats apartments at 6 a.m. Saturday for a reported domestic disturbance. There was a large pool of blood leading from the parking lot to a 3rd-floor apartment, and inside was a large amount of blood on the floor from the entryway into the living room, including a bloody wooden ring toss game. Inside, officers met with Safari Williams who stated her boyfriend, 42-year-old Vincent Davis, woke her up at 5:30 a.m., and after an argument he threw her on the ground and strangled her then beat her with a wooden ring-toss game.

She states she threw a few punches back, grabbed a knife, forced him out the door, and may have stabbed him with the knife in self-defense as he attacked her. Officers later located Vincent Davis’ car at a nearby hospital, where a pool of blood led them from the vehicle to him, receiving treatment for a large laceration on his forehead and a stab wound to his abdomen. He refused to give any statement, and would only tell a detective that a ghost has assaulted him.

BUI: Kristie Crabtree grabs joint from officer & tosses it into lake “oh, that’s just a little thing!”

When 48-year-old Kristie Crabtree was stopped on her jet skit just outside of the party cove area of Percy Priest Lake Saturday for not having her registration number property displayed, she retrieved her registration from her dry box, which also contained several other items. TWRA Officer Joshua Landrum says he could smell marijuana coming from the box, and asked her to hand it to him, which she did. As the officer observed a blunt in the box, he asked her how much she had smoked that day. In response, Crabtree immediately grabbed the small mostly smoked blunt and tossed it into the water, destroying the evidence — while stating “oh, that’s just a little thing!” Crabtree admitted to smoking every morning when she wakes up and that she had alcohol she was currently drinking while operating the jet ski.

Pineville Predators: Three indicted in kidnapping, rape, & assault of a runaway juvenile in Nashville

Police say three high school friends who moved from Louisiana to Nashville after they graduated Pineville High School in 2020, participated in the assault and rape of a 16-year-old runaway who was staying with them at their Priest Lake apartment. A newly unsealed Grand Jury indictment charges 20-year-old Albert “Riley” Roberts IV with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, especially aggravated kidnapping, and reckless endangerment. Roberts was taken into custody Thursday and is free on a $100,000 bond. His co-defendants, 20-year-old Ashton Ivy Cannon, and 20-year-old Edsaviour Ricshaun Groves, both have outstanding warrants for their arrests. Cannon is charged with rape, aggravated rape, and kidnapping. Groves is charged with rape, aggravated rape, and solicitation of a minor.
