Employees say 18-year-old Kaydence Armstrong entered the Easy Pawn store on Nolensville Pike on June 29th wearing “provocative clothing” and inquired about pawning a cooler, catching the attention of two employees, Fabiola Perez and Orboll Mendez. Fabiola approached Kaydence and asked her to leave the store until she could return dressed more appropriately, causing her to cause a scene as she was escorted toward the front exit of the store, knocking laptops off displays as she exited.

While at the front door, Kaydence reportedly turned and grabbed a lanyard from around Orboll’s neck and pulled him out the front door with her. A pushing match erupted between the two, and he was eventually able to push her out the door and engage the lock. Kaydence stood outside screaming “come outside, I’ll fuck you up!” while the two employees went about their day straightening up the displays that were knocked over.

Security footage then shows Kaydence walking to a Hyundai Elantra then returning to the front doors and shooting in the direction of both employees inside. She shot through the window twice near Fabiola Perez, and twice through a glass door near Orboll Mendez. After she was identified, multiple warrants were issued for her arrest.
