Kevin Hynes ditches Buffalo Valley rehab for a 7 eleven, lands in Nashville jail cell

Officers responded to Buffalo Valley’s Nashville Rehab Center on Oak Valley Drive Sunday to find that 32-year-old Kevin Peter Hynes was the subject of their disorderly person call. Vanderbilt Hospital had delivered Hynes to the location for treatment, and he was still extremely intoxicated upon arrival. He was advised to go inside the building for the night to avoid a public intoxication charge, he agreed, and officers left. A short time later, officers are .2 miles away at the 7 eleven on Dickerson Pike, where they noticed Hynes was walking in the door. Still heavenly intoxicated, he successfully avoided rehab and detox for the night and received a free ride to jail.

Nevaeh Wilson jailed on $26K bond after spitting on Nashville Cop

22-year-old Nevaeh Wilson was jailed on a $26,000 bond Sunday after Metro Nashville Police say she spat in the face of an officer who was buckling her into the patrol car after an arrest for public intoxication. She initially approached officers who were speaking with a street vendor at 5th & Broadway and began to yell and scream. Officers noted her to be extremely intoxicated and placed her under arrest. After spitting on the officer who buckled her in, she refused to provide any identification or identifying information.

Cameron Phillips charged in theft of dog he was supposed to care for

27-year-old Cameron Phillips was booked into jail this weekend on an outstanding warrant from 2018, charging him with the theft of a dog. The warrant, from July 2018, states that Jasmine Burns was in the process of moving to a new residence in Knoxville when she let Cameron watch and care for her dog during the transition for several weeks. And the end of the agreement, she reportedly asked Phillips if he would like to extend the agreement for a few more weeks, and he agreed. When Burns requested the dog back from him, he refused to return, stating the dog was “his to keep.” He continued to send text messages advising he had no intention of returning the dog.

Destiny Bradfield found hiding under a blanket after getting spiked & fleeing police

At 1:35 a.m. Sunday, officers attempted a traffic stop on 22-year-old Destiny Amari Bradfield after clocking her traveling at 67 mph in a 40 mph zone on Harding Pike. She initially stopped, and as an officer approached her window, she fled at a high rate of speed. Ten minutes later, Belle Meade PD observed her turning into the one-way entry of a neighborhood and were able to lay spike strips across the exit. She drove almost a quarter-mile after crossing the spike strips, then fled from the vehicle on foot after abandoning the vehicle in a random driveway — leaving her wallet full of identification cards in the front seat. A short time later, another vehicle approached the abandoned vehicle traveling extremely slowly. During a traffic stop, Bradfield was found pretending to be asleep under a blanket in the back seat of that car.

Jonathan Pratt jailed after drunken night in Nashville

Bounces at a downtown Nashville Bar flagged down Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative early Sunday morning to alert them they had detained 46-year-old Jonathan Pratt. Pratt was reportedly belligerent and attempting to fight patrons. Officers noted he was extremely intoxicated and began to yell and curse at officers, and refused to cooperate with simple tasks.

Cameron Luke Schibig charged after assault of roommate with baseball bat

Michael Reynolds sleeps on the couch of a shared residence with multiple roommates, and he says one of the roommates, 18-year-old Cameron Luke Schibig, spent one late night and early morning last week constantly going in and out of the front door, which is beside the couch that Reynolds sleeps on. Noting he had work the next morning, Reynolds asked Schibig to stop using that door and waking him up. He says Schibig then began muttering under his breath while walking to his room, where he retrieved a metal baseball bat and swung it at the head of Reynolds while screaming he was going to kill him. Two other residents witnessed the assault and helped to take the bat from the teen. Reynolds suffered a large bruise for several days on his arm, which he attempted to use to deflect and block the bat’s impact.

Brian Siegman too drunk for downtown Nashville, tried to sleep through booking

39-year-old Brian Siegman was so sauced by the time he was being booked at the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday night that the process had to be stopped and restarted a few times as he was too intoxicated to stay away and continued to fall back asleep while being processed. Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative initially came into contact with Sigeman at 11 p.m. on Broadway as he was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself. As medics were also attending to him, Siegman began to yell obscenities to first responders, causing a scene on the busy street.

Christopher Charles Park spits in officer’s face during arrest for public intoxication in Nashville

25-year-old Christopher Charles Park was found passed out on the sidewalk near 12th & Broadway just before 1 a.m. Sunday. Park reeked of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet when he attempted to stand. He was not aware he was in Nashville and was unable to care for himself. He was placed into custody, and while Officer Steiner was tying the report in the front seat of the police car, Park spat in his face from the rear seat.

Pennsylvania Couple brawl it out in Dream Hotel Elevator in Nashville — Kevin & Kasey Bledsoe

A married couple from Pennsylvania came to Nashville this weekend and ended up behind bars after they brawled in the elevator of the Dream Hotel in downtown Nashville. 42-year-old Kasey Bledsoe and 45-year-old Kevin Bledsoe were both charged with domestic assault with bodily injury after officers viewed a security video that shows the couple in a verbal argument in the elevator of the hotel when Kasey pushed her husband with substantial force against the wall and strikes him on his head with an open hand, leaving a visible injury on his head. Kevin is then seen punching his wife in the head, also leaving a visible injury. He then shoves her head onto the floor.

Ohio’s Chester McFadden charged after spitting on people at WKND Hang Suite, causing a scene

Metro Nashville Police were dispatched to WKND Hang Suite late Saturday night after security at the Church Street venue detained 28-year-old Chester McFadden, who was reportedly extremely intoxicated, belligerent, and spitting on people in line. Bouncers had asked McFadden to leave the property at least five times, and once he eventually left, he returned a short time later and attempted to make re-entry, causing a scene with those in line, spitting on some of the patrons. McFadden made threats to both the bouncers and officers during their interactions. Officers were unable to locate any friends or family to take care of the Ohio man, so he was transported to booking.
