Just before midnight Wednesday night, 38-year-old Jesse Francis was kicked out of Losers Bar & Grill on Division Street. Bouncers report he continued to attempt to come back inside to the point where Metro Nashville Police had to become involved. Francis told them he lived nearby, and they agreed to let him just walk home for the night and be done with the situation. Minutes after they had sent him on his way, they were again called to the bar to find Francis attempting to gain entry to the bar, this time at the rear entrance. Due to his level of intoxication and repeated actions, Francis was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
