Charles Schubert charged with overnight DUI at Hermitage Ave shell in downtown Nashville

28-year-old Charles ‘Charlie’ Schubert crashed his vehicle at the Shell on Hermitage Ave in downtown Nashville in the overnight hours of Tuesday. Officers arrived to find him standing outside his vehicle, where he admitted to consuming “1-2 drinks” prior to driving. He refused field sobriety tests and breath and blood samples. Schubert was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

Charles Schubert of Old Hickory Blvd in Brentwood, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 26th, charged with driving under the influence and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set this bond at $2,500.
