24-year-old Sheldon Hicks told officers he had a “few Tito’s” before crashing his vehicle late Thursday night near Old Hickory Blvd and Andrew Jackson Parkway. He was disoriented after the crash and attempted to enter another involved vehicle, believing it was his own. He clarified he had a few shots of Tito’s around 7 p.m. but was unsure exactly how many shots he consumed. Hicks was medically cleared at Summit Hospital and then transported to booking.
Sheldon Lamar Hicks of Spring Branch Dr in Madison, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 18th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
