Police say 32-year-old James ‘Jimmy’ Funyak was starting fights with other patrons in line at Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Friday night. Security flagged down police officers, and Funyak initially left the area. He returned a short time later and was now stumbling and falling into the other patrons in line as well as those walking by on the street. Due to the great disturbance he was causing to everyone around him and his increased level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
