Ithaca Montessori school founder Marina Portillo attacks cheating husband, Dr. David Patzer

46-year-old Marina Portillo says she came home Thursday evening to find her husband, Dr. David Patzer, at the rear of their home with another woman, Tia Bryan. As Dr. Patzer told his wife he was leaving the house with Tia, Marina charged him and punched him in the chest and face. Responding officers documented bruising on his eye, broken glasses, a bloodied nose, and a cut on his chest.

Marina Portillo is the founder and director of Ithaca Montessori school in Nashville. Dr. David Patzer is the Medical Director of Addiction Services at Nashville’s Mental Health Cooperative.

Rebekah Dearmond drunk and disorderly at Nashville International Airport

31-year-old Rebekah Nicole Dearmond lost her bag at the Nashville International Airport and sought assistance from a Spirit Airlines agent. The two then approached an Airport Police Officer for further assistance. The officer noted Dearmond was visibly intoxicated and acting out during the search for her bag. The bag was eventually located, and Dearmond was asked about her plans for leaving the airport in her intoxicated state. She refused to contact anyone to pick her up and stated she didn’t have money for a cab or hotel room. As she continued to be argumentative and call the officer derogatory names in a loud voice, she was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Metro Nashville Jail.

Nicholas Daniels builds fort in building lobby after taking Ecstasy in Nashville

Metro Nashville Police say 27-year-old Nicholas Daniels took Ecstasy on November 29th before moving the furniture around in the lobby to “build a fort” in the Marq Music Row apartments on Division Street. After the fort was built, he discharged a fire extinguisher on the floor “to fight some demons,” he later explained. He repeatedly explained to the officers he was talking to CNN & BBC as he looked into their body-worn cameras. Daniels was taken into custody for his own safety and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
