25-year-old Arrica A. Brown was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Thursday afternoon for an outstanding warrant from January, charging her with assault. The warrant alleges Arrica went to the home of Tyceanna Steele-Fitzgerald and demanded she come outside after she had sent harassing and threatening text messages all day. Tyceanna and her fiancé Charles stepped outside to de-escalate the situation when Arrica allegedly struck Tyceanna in the face repeatedly and fled the scene. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
