DUI: Dylan Yost says he drank one Tallboy Bud Light Seltzer before blowing double legal limit

40-year-old Dylan Yost was stopped for driving with expired tags and weaving between lanes earlier this month. As the officer approached the vehicle, he said he could smell alcohol coming from Yost and the vehicle. Yost admitted to consuming one “Tallboy Bud Light Seltzer” after his shift at work and before driving. Yost blew a 0.16% BAC, double the legal limit, and was charged with DUI.

Charles Trimm charged in assault of Dorrie Phillips in downtown Nashville

42-year-old Charles Trimm was charged with domestic assault this month after police say he grabbed Dorrie Phillips by the back of the neck and the top of her chest in downtown Nashville. Responding officers were able to view video of the assault from the J.W. Marriott security cameras. The victim was transported to the hospital after she had a panic attack after the assault, and Trimm was taken into custody.

Billy Hentz charged in Hermitage DUI hit-and-run after leaving Double E’s Bar

62-year-old Billy Hentz fled from a crash scene earlier this month in Hermitage. Angelique Spitaliere told police he fled after crashing into her vehicle and that he appeared to be intoxicated. He was observed in the nearby Publix parking lot, sitting in the front seat of his white Ford Taurus. Hentz told police he was on his way home from Double E’s Bar & Grill, where he consumed two beers and stopped in the Publix parking lot to attend to a flat tire. Officers noted extensive front-end damage to his vehicle, which had open alcohol containers and a firearm inside. Hentz performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI 2nd, among other charges.

Krissy Pratt says she didn’t know her shooter; cell phone records say that was a lie

20-year-old Krissy Michelle Pratt told police that when she arrived at South Hills Hospital in October with multiple gunshot wounds, she had no idea who shot her or why. She explained she was outside her car inspecting a flat tire and heard gunshots in the distance and was shot and driven to the hospital by a bystander. Believing there was more to the story, Detectives were granted a search warrant on her cell phone and account. They retrieved multiple messages between Pratt and other parties that reveal she knew all of the other parties involved, including who shot her and why and was wielding a firearm herself. A warrant was issued charging her with felony filing a false report and underage handgun possession.
