Heather Herndon jailed after being bounced from downtown Nashville bar

34-year-old Heather Herndon and a friend were bounced from the FGL House bar early Sunday morning due to their disorderly conduct inside the venue. Herndon refused to leave the location, and police had to be called. Officers arrived to find her extremely intoxicated and argumentative. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Heather N. Herndon was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 8, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $250.
