26-year-old Tyler Carmichael was found partially naked and unconscious at the entrance of the parking garage at 501 Commerce at 3:16 a.m. Sunday. Officers were eventually able to arouse Carmichael, who was extremely intoxicated. A witness stated he had been on the ground approximately fifteen minutes prior to the officer’s arrival, and a vehicle almost ran over him. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Tyler Carmichael was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 5th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
