31-year-old Patrick Miller was pointed out by the staff of the Nashville Rescue Mission to the police as someone who wasn’t allowed to be at the mission. Officers spoke with Miller, who refused to leave as he had nowhere else to go, and noticed he had very dilated pupils and was making incoherent statements. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.

Patrick Miller of Lafayette St in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 6th, charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
