55-year-old Peter Taylor faces drug possession and paraphernalia charges after he spoke with Metro Nashville Police Officers at the Nashville Rescue mission in December. During their conversation about an unrelated charge, Taylor reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. Officers say they observed a ‘push rod’ in his pocket and, during a search, also retrieved a crack rock. He was cited for drug possession and drug paraphernalia. He was booked on that citation this week.
