27-year-old Kim Frierson was booked this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with an assault from December 2019. She reportedly appeared at the home of Karla Newman uninvited, armed with pepper spray to forcefully take her son from the home. When Ms. Newman approached Defendant and asked her to leave the property, she was sprayed with pepper spray. Several children were also in the vicinity of the pepper spray. Defendant then told the victim’s daughter she was going to “beat her ass” and started fighting. Frierson then spat in the face of the victim’s daughter, whose boyfriend has a child with Frierson.
