66-year-old Theresa Biddles told police she had “three shots” prior to driving her car into the curb at a Waffle House just south of downtown Nashville early Friday morning. Officers found her nodding off in the driver’s seat with the keys in the ignition. Inside the vehicle was a Walgreens prescription bottle with 10 grams of crack cocaine inside.

Theresa M. Biddles was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 24th, charged with unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to sell and driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner her bond at $27,500.
