23-year-old Tanner Bryant was driving his 2014 Kia SUV on 2nd Avenue in the early hours of Saturday morning when he rear-ended a vehicle driven by Daniel Vidal, and kept driving until a red light stopped him at the next intersection. Vidal got the attention of downtown police officers who approached Bryant’s vehicle. Bryant denied being involved in any crash and reeked of alcohol. He lost his balance as he exited the vehicle and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
