26-year-old Willem Morin was found passed out in the parking area of the Hilton Hotel in downtown Nashville just after 1 a.m. Saturday. Officers were unsuccessful in waking him, despite using sternum rubs. Medics were dispatched, and by that time, he was partially alert and was medically cleared. He was unable to verbalize where he was at or where he was staying, and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Willem Theordore Morin was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 18th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
