33-year-old Antonio Carmargo was found unconscious and vomit-covered in front of Bootleggers Inn on Broadway late Saturday evening. Officers conducted a welfare check and paramedics responded. He eventually came to and refused all assistance. Unable to care for himself, he was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Antonio J. Carmargo was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 1st, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
