26-year-old Nathan Miller was found in apparent need of medical assistance late Wednesday night as he was slumped over and slurring his words after eventually being woken up by first responders who initially found him unresponsive. He had a strong odor of alcohol, and when Officer Lawson asked if he had anything to drink tonight, Miller responded, “Yeah, I’m faded. I’ve been drinking anything and everything.” Unable to care for himself, he was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Nathan Douglas Miller was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 27th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
