39-year-old Clay Swartzentruber caught the attention of officers working in the Entertainment District early Sunday morning after they observed Swartzentruber urinating on the side of the Legends Corner building on Broadway. Officers attempted to locate his friends, or a place where he was staying so he could be safely transported there, but he was unable to assist in those efforts.
