Steven Brown charged in assault of housekeeper at Nashville hotel

57-year-old Steven Brown was staying at the Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland on April 30 when he didn’t have the key to his room and located a housekeeper on the second floor and demanded to be let in his room, yelling at her to “open room 207!” Brown then grabbed her wrist tightly while screaming curse words at the victim. she said he was extremely mad and his “face turned red” out of anger. His wife eventually showed up with the key and let him inside their room. Brown asked if he could apologize and “make everything go away?” An injury was documented on the victim’s wrist and Brown was transported to booking.

Steven Brown of Skymont Dr in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 30th, charged with assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
