22-year-old Timothy Ulinger was standing on the sidewalk in front of Tequila Cowboy Saturday night while holding and drinking an alcoholic beverage. Officers approached Ulinger and explained he could not drink alcohol on the public sidewalk. He continued to drink while looking at the officer but otherwise ignored him. He was unable to locate any friends to retrieve him and was too intoxicated to be left on his own. He eventually threw his drink onto the ground, splashing several people. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Timothy Jordan Ulinger was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 13th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
