23-year-old Lauren Rearick told police she had “two margaritas’ at bartaco” before crashing her car on Gallatin Pike early Sunday morning. There were no injuries in the accident, and she was determined to be the at-fault driver. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.130% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Lauren Nicole Rearick of Jones Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 21, charged with driving under the influence (DUI). A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
