This story is brought to you by Scoop: Nashville as part of the #bspotter / #VisitMusicCity series which features tourist and downtown-related arrests in Music City.
39-year-old Victor Garcia was found “slumped over and swaying back and forth” on the sidewalk on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. Officers spoke with him to check on his welfare and noticed he reeked of alcohol. Garcia agreed to get a rideshare, but then realized he didn’t have a phone with him, and didn’t know the numbers of anyone to retrieve him. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Victor Garcia was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 20, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
