DUI: William Kirkpatrick jailed after 3 vodka & Red Bulls & 3 shots at Rosemary & Beauty Queen

26-year-old William Kirkpatrick was driving on Magnolia Ave. without a tire on October 26th. Officers observed a black Acura SUV driving on its passenger-side-front rim, and as they caught up to the Acura, it ran a red light, so they conducted a traffic stop. Kirkpatrick reportedly reeked of alcohol as officers questioned him and showed signs of impairment after taking sobriety tests. After being Mirandized, Kirkpatrick admitted to consuming “three vodka red bulls” and “three shots” earlier at Rosemary & Beauty Queen in East Nashville. Kirkpatrick took a breathalyzer test that resulted in 0.180% BAC and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

William Kirkpatrick of White Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 27th, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
