Fort Campbell Solder John Aquaviva jailed after aggressive behavior at Jason Aldean’s bar

25-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier John Aquaviva became aggressive toward other patrons at Jason Aldean’s bar just before 3 a.m. Saturday. Venue security flagged down nearby MNPD Officers to assist. Aquaviva was uncooperative with officers and refused to leave the property after being asked multiple times. Due to his continued physically aggressive behavior, Aquaviva was taken into custody and transported to booking.

John Aquaviva of Freedom Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 9th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
