41-year-old Heather Jergenson was seen leaving the scene of an accident at 12th Avenue on February 4th. Jergenson struck two unoccupied vehicles: a 2018 Mazda CX-5 and a 2020 Chevy Silverado. The location of the accident was the valet parking at W Nashville Hotel. The valet attendant described the driver and the car she was driving. The attendant also stated that he believed that she parked nearby after fleeing the crash. Officers located the vehicle at 11th Avenue and Laurel, where it was unoccupied. Significant damage to the front passenger quarter panel was found, with the ignition still on. As the investigation continued, Jergenson and her friends came to retrieve her vehicle. Jergenson admitted that she was drinking at Bar Louie. She also admitted that she was operating the vehicle at the time of the crash. Heather Jergenson was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report, and failure to give information.
Heather Marie Jergenson of Winterberry Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 4th, charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give information. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
