38-year-old Florida Tourist Christopher Gerald Wolverton refused to leave The Palm inside the Hilton on 5th Avenue South late March 22nd. Security at the restaurant flagged officers down and advised them of the incident. When the officers arrived, they de-escalated the situation and walked Wolverton and his friend away from the property. Officers warned him that he was not welcome back at the location and would be arrested if he returned. Shortly after, Wolverton walked back into The Palm, asking to be served, so security alerted the authorities again. Wolverton was then taken into custody for criminal trespassing.
