71-year-old Terry Hardin had a domestic incident with his wife, Patricia Hardin, at their Holiday Windlands South apartment on the morning of May 13th. When officers arrived, Terry became very confrontational, telling them, “You can leave now. I am not talking to you, and you can’t come into my residence.” Officers spoke with Mrs. Hardin, who stated that her husband had abused her repeatedly, physically and mentally, for years, adding that she had been scared to notify them due to him previously being a police officer. She said he hit her on her back several times for “not listening” to him. Mr. Hardin was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Terry Hardin of Sam Boney Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 13th, charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $2,000.
