37-year-old Franklin Denison was involved in a fight at a 7th Avenue North establishment early May 18th. When officers arrived, Denison was “on the ground bloodied,” so they attempted to get him medical help, but he refused. Officers noticed he reeked of alcohol before he started acting erratically, causing a disturbance. Denison was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Franklin C Denison was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 18th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
