This story is brought to you by Scoop: Nashville as part of the #bspotter / #VisitMusicCity series which features tourist and downtown-related arrests in Music City.
47-year-old Terence Liff caused a disturbance at his neighbor, Taylor Limsky’s, Horner Avenue residence late on May 23rd. Limsky spoke with responding officers, telling them that Liff started banging on his door and mumbling incoherently. Then, Limsky said Liff went outside and keyed his truck, resulting in over $2,500 in damage. Officers went to Liff’s residence, where Liff’s brother answered the door. Liff’s brother then helped officers reach him. Officers tried to detain Liff, during which he became resistive, so they had to perform a “controlled takedown” to arrest him. Liff was taken into custody for vandalism on May 24th.
Terrence D Liff was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 24th, charged with vandalism, resisting arrest, and fugitive hold. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $105,000.
