38-year-old Thomas Winbush was jailed just after 9 p.m. on May 23rd after he was found masturbating at the WeGo Transit bus stop at 11th & Broadway in downtown Nashville. Winbush admitted to having drunk alcohol prior to pleasuring himself – an event that was observed by multiple bystanders, according to police. Winbush was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Thomas C Winbush was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 23rd, charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $350.
