24-year-old Wesley Raybon was seen being disorderly at Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar on Broadway on July 10th. When officers arrived, they observed security walking Raybon out of the building in handcuffs. Officers spoke with security, who told them that Raybon was disturbing a bartender about vomit next to a trashcan. Security approached Raybon and asked him to leave because he appeared too intoxicated to be on the premises. Raybon then became aggressive, got in their faces, and threw a punch, which struck one of the guards. When officers came into contact with Raybon, he admitted that he swung at one of the guards and hit them. Raybon stated that he only did so because the security guard laughed at him, which made him angry. Raybon was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
Wesley Keshun Raybon of Searcy Road in Northport, AL, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 10th, charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $600, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
