18-year-old Jonathan Hall broke into Larry Bates’ Booker Street residence around 12:26 a.m. on July 13th. Officers received a call for service regarding a person, later identified as Hall, being shot multiple times. When they arrived, officers observed Hall suffering from multiple gunshot injuries and rendered him aid. Throughout the investigation, officers discovered that Hall destroyed a bedroom door, causing $1,000 worth of damage, and stole two PlayStation 5 consoles valued at $1,200. Hall was later taken into custody for aggravated burglary, vandalism, and theft on July 15th.
Jonathan P. Hall was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 15th, charged with theft of property, vandalism, and aggravated burglary. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $40,000.
