19-year-old Sara Wallace had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Francisco Carillo-Rojas, at their Bell Road apartment on July 14th. Wallace called 911, stating she was unable to leave the location. Responding officers observed Wallace and Carillo-Rojas walking away from their home and interviewed them separately. Both parties advised that Wallace had become upset during a verbal argument and smacked Carillo-Rojas’s phone out of his hand. Wallace then jumped on it to prevent him from retrieving it, which led to a scuffle. Wallace emphasized that Carillo-Rojas did not physically hit her. Wallace was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Sara L. Wallace of Bell Road in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 14th, charged with two counts of domestic assault. She is free on a $2,000 bond.
