29-year-old Lusvin Monzon was seen sleeping inside his car in the middle of the Rolling Hills apartment complex parking lot at 3 a.m. on July 14th. While officers attempted to wake him up, they observed open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle, one of which was empty. Field sobriety tests were administered, and Monzon showcased several signs of impairment. Officers read Monzon implied consent, but he denied it. Monzon was taken into custody and charged with implied consent violation, driving under the influence, and driving with an open container of alcohol.
Lusvin Renato Sipaque Monzon of Premier Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 14th, charged with DUI and implied consent violation. He is free on a $1,100 bond.
