23-year-old Quadre Anderson had an altercation with Charles Kellen Morrow at Luke’s 32 Bridge on July 20th. Responding officers noticed Morrow suffered major head trauma, so they called the medics immediately, who transported him to Vanderbilt. Then, security at the bar informed police that Morrow had been assaulted by Anderson, and they had him detained. Officers escorted Anderson and gathered information. Anderson stated he was attempting to defend a female whom Morrow was getting into a “shoving match” with, causing him to hit him. Afterward, officers reviewed security footage, showing Morrow arguing with a female at the bar, who shoved him multiple times as he continued trying to talk to her. While she and Morrow were disputing, Anderson punched Morrow several times in the face, causing him to stumble onto the bar. Then, Anderson started focusing on one of Morrow’s associates and shoved him, nearly knocking him off his feet before returning to Morrow and pushing him onto the floor. Anderson then continued striking Morrow in the face until he lost consciousness and left. Security informed officers that Anderson was banned from the location and all other sister establishments before the incident and provided documentation corroborating that. Anderson was then taken into custody for criminal trespass and aggravated assault.
Quadre Anderson in Wisdom Way in Smyrna, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 20th, charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespassing. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $37,500.
