42-year-old Marshall Wayne Johnson was caught on camera burglarizing a construction site at a Gallatin Pike North shopping center on August 7th. The surveillance showed Johnson leaving with a $150,000 bright orange JLG BK Telehandler lift with a 42’ reach.
MidSouth Rentals advised officers that they wished to press charges for the occurrence. MidSouth Rentals later recovered the property. Johnson was taken into custody for felony theft and burglary on August 8th.
Marshall Wayne Johnson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 8th, charged with burglary and theft of property. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $40,000.
