26-year-old Porsha Huey was seen publicly intoxicated and acting disorderly at Dave and Buster’s inside Opry Mills Mall on August 14th. While an officer was working an extra job at the location, Huey was identified to him as the person who was acting disorderly. Officers were then notified by a mall goer and security officer that Huey had assaulted them both.
Security also stated that they asked Huey to leave, but she refused. Officers then made contact with Huey and observed many apparent indicators of intoxication. Officers deemed Huey to be a danger to herself, so she was then taken into custody for public intoxication on August 15th.
Porsha Renee Huey was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 14th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
