27-year-old Kimberly Schutz was seen shoplifting at JCPenney at the Rivergate Mall on July 20th. Loss prevention staff at the location observed Schutz concealing $162 of merchandise in her purse and leaving without attempting to pay.
Officers cited her for the violation that day. Schutz was later booked on the citation of theft on August 13th.
