30-year-old Asheesh Khanna caused a disturbance at Green Hills Mall on August 17th. When officers arrived, they observed Khanna sitting on the steps in front of the Apple Store inside the establishment. Then, the police spoke with mall security, who stated that Khanna had been trespassed from the property and could not return for 24 hours.
Khanna told officers that he did nothing wrong. After this, they told Khanna to leave the location, to which he replied that they “do not give him orders.” Khanna was then taken into custody for criminal trespass.
Asheesh Khanna was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 17th, charged with criminal trespassing. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
