46-year-old Ashton Howard drove into a parked vehicle at a residence on August 8th. Responding officers spoke to Howard, who was in the back of an ambulance with injuries. Howard told the police that he did not recall what caused the accident. However, he stated that he was coming from a party.
Officers observed the crash and determined that Howard struck the parked car before driving off the roadway, where he hit a fence, drove across another residence’s front yard, and collided with a tree. They later determined Howard was impaired while driving. Howard was taken into custody for driving under the influence on August 18th.
Ashton Howard of Winthrone Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
