26-year-old Courtney Hunt threatened Brandon Miles, owner of Pal’s Pizza Cart, while on 2nd Avenue South around 3 a.m. on July 14th. On August 20th, Miles filed a police report stating that Hunt, whom they knew from previous incidents, had confronted him. Miles stated Hunt told him she would “beat his a**” while her fists were balled up in a punching manner. Miles added that this happened three separate times before filing a report.
Miles went into detail, stating that Hunt ran towards him while yelling, putting him in fear of harm. He said that in self-defense, he utilized his Pepper Spray on Hunt. After this, she ran to his $350 Blackstone Grill and knocked it over, damaging it to the point where it could not function. Then, Miles reported that Hunt had come by the business twice, making “boxing” gestures and threatening him. A warrant was issued for Hunt’s arrest. Hunt was later taken into custody for vandalism and assault on August 21st.
Courtney Hunt of Oakley Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 21st, charged with vandalism and assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
