49-year-old Brandi Dusenberry was asked to leave Legends Corner on Broadway several times by the police on August 25th. While Dusenberry refused to comply with officers, they noticed she had a strong alcoholic odor emitting from her breath.
Then, officers instructed her repeatedly to get out of the street. However, Dusenberry continued standing in the street, disregarding their commands. Dusenberry was then taken into custody for public intoxication.
Brandi Dusenberry was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 25th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $250.
