30-year-old Dakota Johnson had an altercation with a hospital security staff member, Victoria Curiel, at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown shortly after midnight on August 25th. Responding officers were informed that Johnson had been a disruptive patient. Johnson reportedly entered the hospital requesting mental health assistance but was not satisfied with how his treatment was given.
Then, the police report went into detail, stating that Johnson started threatening to take the lives of the hospital staff members. Johnson’s behavior distracted additional employees, preventing them from aiding their other patients. After this, security started escorting Johnson out, during which he threw his elbow backward and struck Curiel. Johnson was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct and assault.
Dakota Johnson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 25th, charged with assault and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
